The Best Vacation Ever, Part 4: The End!

One of the best things about visiting a state with beautiful mountains & forests is actually getting to enjoy them in person. Luckily, we were able to go camping in the Uintas. It was amazing. Cloudy & a little rainy when we arrived; nice & sunny the next day. Another plus, our kids are nuts for camping. They love the outdoors. The more rocks & dirt the better.

A* blowing Grandma's whistle!

The kids enjoyed rough rides on the quads.

The kids all love to ride the zipline. I love their funny faces & determination to keep their hands grasped tightly on the line. I'm not sure why the pix turned out so dark, though :(

There's nothing like relaxing on the hammock with a kid or 4.

E* loves to get a some cuddles from his big sis. She was rewarded with a warbling of his favorite song, Animal Crackers.

Who can resist exploring the beautiful scenery?

We had time for one more visit to my grandparents. Thanks for the yummy lunch, Grandpa!

Our last night we had a family picnic at Mueller Park Canyon, a pretty respite. The kids loved playing in the creek.

So, our trip's over! It was terribly sad saying good-bye. We're getting used to being back home but we miss our family a lot! Don't forget us & come visit soon! We love you!
